DK1.AI processes data only as required to deliver agreed-upon services. This page describes our data categories, processing activities, and sub-processors.
Data Categories
- Contact information: name, company, email address, message, timeline, and budget range submitted through contact forms.
- Business context: workflow descriptions, project requirements, and engagement details shared during intake and discovery.
- Product usage data: content you upload or create within DK1.AI products, including lead signals, meeting notes, prospect research, documents, and AI-generated outputs.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, user agent, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps collected automatically by our hosting providers.
Processing Activities
- Responding to business inquiries and evaluating engagements.
- Delivering consulting and product services.
- AI-powered features: signal extraction, scoring, recommendation generation, and content analysis within products.
- Site hosting, security, and operational monitoring.
- Transactional email delivery for form submissions.
