AI Processing

Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following third-party services to operate dk1.ai and our products. Each processes data only as necessary for its stated purpose:
- Cloudflare -- DNS, CDN, and edge security.
- Resend -- transactional email delivery for contact form submissions.
- Anthropic -- AI model processing for product features.
- Fly.io -- product application hosting.
Data Retention
- Contact submissions: retained for two years or the duration of any business relationship, whichever is longer.
- Product data: retained for the duration of your access plus 30 days, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Server logs: retained per the default policies of Cloudflare (typically 30 days).
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
